The first step is our consultative meeting to discuss your specific goals.
A summary is prepared on what you wish to accomplish immediately and how we can begin to achieve this plan.
Additionally, a general task list and schedule will be presented that outlines participation with you and your team (your staff and other professionals)
Lastly, a budget will be drafted for developing and writing your overall HR services plan. Once written, it’s important to review the focal points and measurable results periodically to determine what changes are required. Services can be provided on an hourly basis, by project, or on a monthly or annual package plan.
